How do I order a board when I need one?
After checkout you will receive an email with a link to our Board Request Form. As soon as you have approved your logo, you can immediately start requesting boards by simply filling out the Board Request Form and sending it to us.
Do I pay up-front for my boards?
Yes, so that you can receive the bulk discount rate. This also allows us to get your logo and information ready to engrave on the back of the board.
How do I get my logo to you?
After you check out you will receive an email from us with a link to our Board Request Form attached. You can just reply to the email with your logo as an attachment. This will allow us to get your logo, name, company name and phone number information ready to test for your approval.
What if I don't have a logo?
No logo, no problem! We can engrave your name, brokerage and phone number on the back of your boards so you still receive the tax write off.
What if I change brokerages?
Just send us an email with the name of your new brokerage, any new contact information and your new logo. We will change it and send it to you for approval.
What is the lead time on my boards?
Once you have approved the logo design, your boards can be engraved, finished, wrapped and shipped within 2 business days.
Do I need to use all my boards all at the same time?
No, just send us a Board Request Form whenever you need one. We keep track of your inventory and will let you know when you start to run low.
Are the boards sent directly to me?
That's up to you. We can send the boards to you or directly to your clients.
